waitin' for Dane to bust his gear out.

I'm on the road for work so I can't post pics, but the gear I've kept from my playing / touring days are - (I'm lefty FYI):
  • 1998 Gibson Les Paul - cherry sunburst & EMG 81/60,

  • 2013 Gibson Les Paul - chocolate stain & EMG 81/85

  • 2011 Jackson KE1T - black & EMG 81/60

  • 2010 Jackson Custom Super Strat - pearl white with tortoise pickguard & Seymour Duncan hot rails in the bridge & Mojotone '59 in the middle and neck

  • 2016 PRS McCarty - Jade burst & Seymour Duncan duncan distortion bridge / 59' Neck

  • 1998 Ibanez RG370DX - Sanded the finish down and applied true oil so a natural finish, Stock Ibanez infinity pickups but it's housed with a Fishman Triple Play for midi sounds.

  • 1989 Peavey Tracer - Nuclear Yellow & Dimarzio Super 3 in the bridge and Dimarzio 61 in the middle and neck position.

I don't have any amps anymore because I don't play out anymore, but I used Positive Grid Bias / JamUp on my iPad (PA direct) when I filled in for my buddy's band. Sounded great.

Here's my Jackson Strat & Peavey since I had a picture of them on my phone.

I don't get back into NYC until Saturday or Sunday, I'll post the rest then.

Yes! I got that librarian's chair at a thrift store for the blind on Troost whilst naugin' back in 1984. Career saver (lower back problems) back rest and wider seat than a drum throne.

I wore the hide off of it and a computer customer of mine had it re-covered for me as a favor back in 2004.

Best 7 bucks I ever spent in my life.

I regret passing up a chance to get a 295 a few years back. I was after a LP Custom at the time. You don't find those 295s for sale very often. Them that got 'em keep 'em.

S101? Is that the make? My ignorance is showing.

In my case, it's not a talent. It's a curse.

Be careful with the wishes.

A Thunderbird....:drool::drool::drool:

I love the sound of those huge Gibson humbuckers on a bass.

One of the best sounding bass rigs I ever heard was a T-Bird through an Acoustic 360 rig back in the late 70s/early 80s. We had a little rock band with songs on the radio. We were so full of ourselves.
