Just saw it this weekend. I truly enjoyed it. It had a ton of western cliches and tropes, but it hit all the right notes for me.

Fuqua did a good job.

Production values were superb and the end shootout was fantastic.

It was "meh." The last 45 minutes went for weird spectacle instead of storytelling. I didn't care about any of the characters. Pure popcorn flick.
