It takes him half the season to get his teams to the point that other teams are at in week 2.

Look at the teams that were hot out the gate and tapered off . Greenbay, cincy, Denver,Atlanta. I love the fact we started out slow and now we're rolling. That may lead us to a playoff win.

I'd put Alex Smith on the list. I know that's a debatable, but seriously he went out and got a QB we can win with now. He isn't the stud we all long for, but without him we are not much of a threat.
