The guy is clutch is and that's what really popped out to me when I saw him play.

I'd actually say most of the QBs this year that are touted as top talent players are in reality second rounders or lower. It's just the position that forces everything to be graded on a curve... There's at least twenty prospects out this year who are more talented with a higher ceiling..
