Amazing how that shit keeps happening over and over and the only constant is the Hunt family... hmmmm

I guess it is a coincidence how quickly Pioli sent a second for Cassel and how quickly Reid/Dorsey sent two seconds for Alex.

Purely coincidence, that Carl never drafted a 1st round QB in 20 years.

Yet, some pretty sharp football people on this board think it might happen someday. ROFL

Well, it is better than hearing "Jared Allen signs with Broncos" or "Jared Allen signs with Raiders"...

Did you watch him play last year? His tank is about half full, and he didn't make the effort he used to.

Meanwhile the Chiefs draft backup right tackles 1.1 and sign broke sick guards

Not when you're pushing 40 in the NFL.

Eh, he had 11.5 sacks last season.

I don't think you quite get how the salary cap works still. The Seahawks have $10 mil MORE cap space than the Chiefs.

Uh...because they had a season to plan for?

Tell us, what's your alternative for those two moves. Which QBs would you have gotten in 2009 and 2013?

At 37, he's coming off the greatest season ever played for a quarterback... I think we have an aberration to the rule don't you?

Are you telling me that the salary cap actually works? Learn something new every day.

I'd argue that Marino's 84 season was much better, given the era it was played.

I just don't get how people are surprised that the Broncos and Seahawks are signing these players. They're both superbwl teams that happened to have tens of millions of dollars in cap space. The Seahawks only had 2 players with a 10+ mil cap hit. Broncos only have 1. The Chiefs have 4.
