I've been wanting to go to Stroud's, but someone here recommended The Rye instead.

You guys have my missing the original Brookville Hotel. The new one that put in by at the Abilene exit is OK, but the original is still the best.

The homemade fried chicken mostly done in pan which is wholesome but contains a lot of grease. I wonder if baking in oven is good as fried in the pan. Many public eateries offer boasted chicken, yet there is certain difference in taste wise. For example, Walmart's chicken is dry. KFC's is meh. Golden Corral's is okay. The one I ate in Shipshewana was good though.
