The addition of Tony Gonzalez will do little for that team, IMO. A tight end, like Mecca and Milkman (god damnit), is more of a luxury item than a necessity for a winner.

yeah, adding a receiving threat to their offense where they have a void right now, a hall of famer who is still one of the better players at his position in the league, someone who creates matchup problems, that's just window dressing.

Incorporating Gonzalez into their run heavy offense isn't as easy as it sounds...at this point, for teams interested in acquiring Gonzalez, he's a luxury item, not a necessity.
