Watching this gif slowly load on my computer, I noticed that after Hill caught the ball, he was taking three yard strides. No wonder he is so fast; he is almost flying. :eek:

Also, I hope Moore never takes another snap except in mop up duty in a blow out win but if Mahomes misses any time, Moore should get better. Remember, he joined the team after camp and has probably had zero snaps with the starters. Getting some practice time to get the timing down should help.

Moore is a solid QB. You put him on a team that has some weapons and a average defense and he could go 8-8 or 7-9. He’s not terrible by any means

He did as well or better than we could hope for. He's our THIRD STRING quarterback. He was smart enough to throw the ball away instead of taking sacks. Only one play looked like a terrible decision and that could easily have been miscommunication. That's pretty good considering his snap count and he probably didn't have any reps with the ones. If he was a rainmaker, he wouldn't have been available to sign when Henne went out. Give him a break and be thankful he wasn't a turnover machine.

There's no reason why he can't dink and dunk and be the 2013 version of Alex Smith in this offense.

That can get us a couple of wins until Mahomes (hopefully) returns.
