A 10-12 yr solid starter is good enough for me. |

One of the worst lines in the league lost it's best player. If we're depending on rookies to improve the line then we're going to be disappointed IMO. Hell, look at Rodney Hudson. It took him a while to get to the point this year where he was one of the better centers. He was below average for a while before he got to this point. We've spent countless early round picks on OL over the past several drafts and we've got shit to show for it. Eric Fisher - 1st Jeff Allen - 2nd Rodney Hudson - 2nd Jon Asamoah - 3rd Two of them are gone now and the ones that remain either suck or simply aren't that good. Not sure what point I'm trying to make beyond. I guess we simply suck at trying to build an offensive line. |
Kush hits the FA market in 2017, anyone in this draft we can eyeball as his replacement?

paying veteran WR/CB money for a center Cobb 10mil per year/ Flowers 9 mil per
Cats good but dam you cant argue with his play he flat levels players down field, but has no Tds or Ints. Sign Maclin trade down in the first get Erving as OT not center pick up a good center rd4 or 5. |

Still sucks to see him go. Remember how many centers we went through before Hudson locked it down?

Guess I hadn't heard that.....well **** |
Did I miss something or is there a link in the OP that states specifically that Hudson has signed with chokeland ?

We simply can't go into the season depending on only rookies to improve the line.
And if Dorsey goes another season depending on losers like Linkenbach and McGlynn to fill holes on the lines then we are seriously ****ed and Dorsey is a bigger dumbass than anybody could have imagined. There is now not a single spot on the line that you can look at and say "That spot is locked down, we don't have to worry about it." There are question marks at all 5 spots and far too few answers. |
