Yeah, he was an idiot. I was hoping he'd get beaned with a battery or something. A car battery.

Seattle does seems to have some real jerks on that team. They've got the opportunity to be a popular team, but they're blowing it.

That team has taken on the identity of it's coach...a snobby, cocky asshole. Granted, he gave Tate a good talking to about the taunt, but still.

Tate really the only obnoxious one. Sherman talks a lot but he's a good guy who will also give props to the opposing player if they get a good play on him (Fitz' blind side block on him a couple of weeks ago or Roddy White burning him for a long TD in the playoffs last year).

I have a better idea: If a player taunts a team and scores then all fans of the taunted team get a free beer provided it is before the 3rd quarter. If it is after alcohol cut off they get free nachos and a gift certificate for a free beer at a later date.

The NFL should do what the NHL does and put players into a penalty box. Holding you get put in the box for 3 downs. Taunting your out for 10 downs.

That could be interesting if they don't let them replace the offender.

11 on 10 defensively? That would suck. Or, in the case of our offense, level the playing field. :D
