Yep. Only reason I go is so I can spread it everywhere.

Since retiring my main part-time job/pocket money earner is delivering pizzas and the food service industry really wants you to stay away when sick so you don't make the customers sick. That said none since I retired and if I remember right I sold back about 4-5 months worth of sick leave back to Uncle Sam when I did retire. Been pretty lucky about ever having problems/illness to deal with.

I did back in 2011. If I’m sick, I just go to work because I don’t want to deal with getting written up.

I havent missed an unscheduled day of work in 8 years. Only reason I missed one then was for my grandma's funeral. Technically it could have been considered scheduled too since a gave a three day notice.

When I was a kid Id go in sick as a dog. Never missed a day for quite a few years.

I picked 2 days. Anymore, I use my sick days if Im ill. No need to get others sick.
It helps you can check in from home if needed now too.

No sick days at work, only PTO. I'm not wasting my vacation missing work for a sickness.
