Most of what I've seen just says Google Fiber ready, nothing is included except for expensive places.

Need a place to live first. People I know already in KC are all married or I wouldn't want to room with so I'm a little behind the 8-ball.

Find yourself a rental broker in the area and work with them. They will find a place within your requirements. Leaser pays the fee.

I live a mile away from UMKC on the west plaza it's pretty quiet crime wise lots of people our age. I'll give you the landlords # if you want rents 650 1 bedroom
