Greens and puke-gravy? Truck stop combo?

That looks to be within acceptable parameters for B&G. I don't expect FMB! quality every time I stop somewhere.

looks good.

I like fried eggs to be cooked quickly over high heat. So the white has dark crispy parts and the yellow is just barely solid.

I will battle anybody on a biscuit and gravy cook off. I honestly think my fatass bleeds gravy.

Made my umpteenth batch of killer sausage gravy just this morning, its such a hard thing to screw up

My Aldi brand sausage is always so lean that you have to add just a bit of veggie oil to it in order to absorb the flour

They really should have just left that off and allowed the eggs and B&G to fill the plate.

Maybe it's a thing they do to make it look like you're getting more food. Crowd the plate.

I made excellent Biscuits and Gravy last week and I topped them with hash browns.

Veggie oil? Disappointed.

This will sound a bit strange but if you want to change things up a bit try seasoning your gravy with some garlic powder. I know....I know...but it works.

I use the powder a lot. I like to sprinkle it with a touch of curry on fried eggs.
