Does it get any uglier than Wisconsin bball? They can slow almost any game down and make the games just ugly.

No idea, but 'boring' and 'effective' are two different things... of course any team that can hold others to ~50 points will be in most games they play, because even the most excruciatingly boring offenses can match that.
