Vick carries some risk, in my opinion.

Obviously this same strategy applies to QBs, but by the time I picked, all the elite QBs were long gone.

It's obvious to me that the St. Joseph Stetsons just don't understand what the draft is all about.

7 Jamaal Charles
8 Matt Ryan
9 DeMarcus Ware

In other news...Blaine Gabbert goes 6th overall in the rookie draft. LMAO

This isn't fantasy you ****ing moron. This is supposed to simulate real football, something you know next to nothing about. Would you TRULY rather build a team around Vick over one of the best young LTs in the game? If so, you are all sorts of stupid.

If a reasonable number of people use the auto-pick, we'll stay on pace.

If not, I'll crank down the draft picks to 30 minutes between picks.

With 24 teams I think it can be managed pretty well. I plan to always have 30 to 40 veterans and 20 to 30 rookies on my draft board, and if I'm not around I'll turn it to autopick. I guess there's a little risk of some sort of run that gives me a weird pick, but right now it's all about drafting the best players. I can sort through 20 to 40 players without much problem.

Agreed. But the potential for short term reward seems worth it to me considering all the elites were gone already.

It's obvious to me that you are a ****ing idiot. And an overall worthless piece of shit. I would love nothing more than for you to just go the **** away.

LMAO

Who is Long going to be protecting, Matt Cassel? 29 picks to go until your next pick and you don't have a QB. ROFL

I'm in the exact same boat. I pick right before you in the vet draft. I'm just not sold that Gabbert is a franchise guy. I'm glad you took the temptation away so I don't have to worry about it :)

Goddamn it sucks to be sitting on deck with multiple owners "on the clock."

As long as they stay on the clock, it is a good thing.
