It's not, I provided a "brisket is healthy" page and I'm asking you to provide a "fries are healthy" thread. I'm not sold that red meat is "that" bad for you (in moderation). So skip the fries and eat the brisket... :thumb:

I was surprised at the low quality of the beans at OK Joe's.

Along with the inverse of Jack's Stack beans with the rest of their bbq.

BB's Lawnside BBQ is completely terrible. Why the hell did three people vote for that shithole?

Meat needs more sauce and that better not be ketchup on those fries.

As I have lived in KC a while longer and tried more places I find there is a give and take between something being very good and very consistent.

AB's is my favorite place..but they simply are not always good. They are weak in the consistency department...but when it is on I love it.

I live right by OKJ's now and it is always good but I don't really see it that high above other places...at least as far as how popular it is these days except for their ribs. Their ribs are simply exceptional and no matter what you get OKJ is consistently quite good.

Zarda's isn't worthy of an honorable mention.

While Danny Edwards BBQ sauce isn't the best i will say they cook the best beef brisket i have ever tasted. Check it out.
