No, PS4 has some early releases and exclusive missions but it's on all systems.

I've already pre-ordered it for my Xbox One. I don't feel like I'm missing out on that much - one strike (dungeon), one PvP map and a few items that I don't really care about.

Yeah this. Sony users get extra stuff each dlc, weapons, armor, missions and a map I believe.
