Wheat State Pizza made an outrageously awesome creamcheese pizza. Although I was also smoking copious amounts of pot while consuming but that has stuck with me.

Sicilian style pizza from Pizza Hut. They had it about 8 years ago as some sort of promotional deal and they were delicious! Of course, they got rid of it and haven't brought it back since.

Chalk Johnny Jo's in KC up to places I've driven by a 1000 times and wished I'd gone in years ago. Got an 18" cheese last night, easily my favorite contemporary pizza in KC.

My parents were impressed with some pizza my sis brought home from work. Don't remember the name but it was 2 syllables IIRC and definitely started with a D. Sis works in the Holmes/State Line and 435 area is that helps.
