Pretty sure the meaning of that was to show she was all in on the life style that her and Boyd were going to have to live. Boyd had mentioned something along the lines of this is the life we have chosen and then she does that and asks to see his scars.

I was wondering who that guy on the bed was as well and what purpose he has in the show. I like the good ole boys vs carpetbagger angle.

Anyone ever read the books? Does the show follow the books?

I could be wrong about this, but if I remember correctly, they're aren't any books (well, at least not until "Raylen" a few weeks ago). I think it's all based on a single short story, "Fire in the Hole".

I get anxiety the two times they've featured that guy tied to the bed.

I just watched the 2/14 show and thought it was great. I don't see it as filler at all.

it would be worse if they have the tied up guy turned over with his face down on the mattress.

Watch out for Limehouse....that man with a meat clever will screw you up....or get some gumbo ready (he was Bubba from Forest Gump)

There's a brand new one out titled "Raylan". Probably a good time to find out if you like them or not. I dig it.

I really hope Gugino's Karen Sisco shows up some more this season.

Good Episode last night. The buildup between Quarles and Crowder/Githens is getting pretty high. Need some action pretty soon though.
