At my peak condition as a senior in HS, playing Left Tackle and Defensive Tackle, I was 6'0", 212 lbs. I probably ran it in the high 5s on a good day, like 5.9 or something. I was horribly slow. At the end of practices, we would do sprints, and our head coach would push me as a head start before everyone else started running. It made it somewhat competitive . . . with the rest of the linemen.
