ran a 2:30 1/2 mile. That's a pretty great time for a junior high girl, but I'll take it at this point.

How’s everyone doing on goals and what not?
I’ve kept my weight down as I was 235 back in December 2016. I’ve hovered around 173-177 since May 2017. I was 174 last Friday. I run often and enjoy it more than strength training. Although I do throw in a couple days a week of it. I try to average 4-6 miles at least 3 days a week. Throw in b-ball one night as well. It seems I eat as much if not more than before must be due to how much more energy I burn. |
