Todays game is a bitter pill to swallow after losing the game on Tuesday. I was almost sure we would lose this one due to the pitching matchup, so we really needed those first two.

Had Verlander on the ropes and couldn't deliver the knockout blow (thanks Brandon Moss), so here we are looking at our first series loss in June . . . . .

At least Junis gave us 6. :shrug:

This game is rough to watch.

We're a whopping 3 games out of Cleveland wins today....insurmountable, I say!!! SELL!!! SELL!!! SELL!!!!!

I was telling you guys this before his first start...

He doesn't have big league stuff. He's a long relief guy, #5 guy on a bad team. At best.

Didn't get this must win series... time to sell.

Having to pitch Strahm and Junis in the same series was brutal. Thankfully I don't think that comes up again assuming Duffy is back on time.

This series is whatever but the Twins series looms as the biggest of the year so far. With a trip through Seattle and LA before the AS break, this is a huge series.
