Awww shit, 25 years after the fact, Youth Crew sprouts in Springfield, MO. Kidding, a bit, I've seen these guys live, they bring it. I felt bad being on the wrong side of 30 with an arthritic knee, hip checking kids into the wall, but whatever.

Free At Last. They got a tape out. Springfield, MO represent, positive hardcore.

There's another band down there called Baldknobber who played with them in KC with Coke Bust in July. Apparently they put together a mini tour through the Midwest.

Not bad

I saw these Brooklyn weirdos in a detached garage up in the hood last night. Singer performed in nothing but a pair of shoulder pads. Weirdos.

Caught Harm's Way (Chicago) in Lawrence last night. Despite looking like a meathead, their singer is really cool. Gave an interview for our zine. Shit turnout though, Lawrence.

The Casualties are under fire this week for an alleged rape that occurred 16 years ago, there's a ton of Internet buzz about it. Bands are being encourage to drop off their tour.

I still plan to see them in KC on the 24th with Negative Approach. It also inspired me to name my fictional punk band Fap To Rape.
