Aussie the key is covering your head and hands, doubling your socks if possible. If you are out in wind for a while, cover your face as well. You keep your head and digits warm, you will be at least "ok" comfort-wise.

Really spiders are only around in summer. And luckily in my area the only ones that regularly show up indoors are harmless (albeit quite large). |

The worst summer day I remember was 114 but that's rare. This past summer 102-108 was pretty normal during the dog days. |

These are harmless becomes their fangs are so small and cannot really bite anything:http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...uly_2007-2.jpg These are the scary looking ones that many people mistake as deadly: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi..._grey_bg04.jpg Dont get me wrong there are many similar looking spider that ARE dangerous but arent really found in superbs/cities very often. |

Okay I take it no-one read the post with the pics.
Basically bad spiders usually stay away from indoors and the suberbs/cities. Two main spiders that come into suberban homes are harmless. |

Seriously? It's actor Howard Hesseman aka Dr. Johnny Fever on the hit 80's sitcom WKRP in Cincinnati. Favorite show/charactor on tv ever. This is me... (the ugly one not her) |

The one thing I think they need to fix is the time between pitches. If you aren't brushed back I don't understand why you need to get out of the box and reset. I get that I don't get paid millions but unless a ball moves my feet I never take both feet out of the box. The 20 second rule or whatever they have is a joke and obviously never used. |
