A couple of friends of mine who had all read & loved the book went to see it together we left the theater like "WTF was that"
Well said. The book was really good. The movie was a serious letdown after both the first movie and the book. The entire part coming back to America just went so far off the rails...

The reality is it doesn't matter because he sold the rights. That, by definition means he doesn't get a say anymore.

Between this, and the upcoming Batman and The Northman, it finally looks like I can watch some good movies without buying Disney +, Amazon, Netflix etc etc etc
