I'm 6'4" & 214, I don't think I'm overweight.

I'm 50, and I haven't weighed as little as I do now since I was in high school. Stress and depression works wonders for losing weight.

Simply Red 08-16-2018 03:23 PM

are you gay?

Bugeater 08-16-2018 03:25 PM

6'1" and currently weighing in at 157 lbs. I was 215ish 2 years ago.

Uhhh... according to the BMI I'm 'overweight' with a BMI of 25.1... even though I'm less than 10% body fat. My 32 inch pants insist I'm not fat.

So... yeah. I'm 'overweight' at six foot and 185 pounds because I have a few mid sized muscles.

That's what you get when you use a chart created during the great depression.

According to the same chart Justin Houston is obese.

No one with a brain uses BMI for anything meaningful.

No, but I've put on a few pounds recently. (6 pounds total) I'd like to lose a few lbs

THank you

Lower 30's - 5'10.5'', 171 lbs. Used to weigh 195 when I was 23. When you don't work out, you lose weight. I sit on my ass all day. Not sure how people get fat? I mean I'm fatter, but skinny fatter.

loochy 08-16-2018 03:29 PM

6'2", 220 lbs, 32 pants

no, I'm not fat.

Did you lose a leg or something?

I assure you the BMI was used to collect the data he recited.

Rain Man 08-16-2018 03:34 PM

It took a long time to figure out, but I eventually learned that I gain two pounds per year like clockwork. It's happened pretty consistently since I was in college. So I have to occasionally push back on it.

6-0, 190 here. At 182 I'm svelte as a panther, but at 190 I have a gut.

I am 6-1 and used to be 150 pounds-in High School. I could hide behind a pencil.

I have been married for 25 years and my wife is a good cook. I look better at 250 than I did at 150.

I should drink less MtDew. But I only do in the summer. I need it during the school year. Otherwise-it does not matter.

They (Michelle Obama) have changed the BMI scale to a point that anyone that is not an anorexic teenage model is considered obese. But yet the 'researchers' say that being skinny is unhealthy. So we starve kids by portion control.
