He'd be stupid not to hold out.

Luckily, at least we hope, the Raiders have squandered the cheap QB and cheap pass rusher years and are now going to have to start hitting on draft picks to fill holes instead of FA's.

They're gonna have to pay Cooper soon as well.

BossChief 04-09-2018 02:31 PM

They should try to trade Cooper.

He’s overrated and will want overrated type money.

Can't say anything negative about Mack but don't think he could carry a team the way miller did. I think he would get similar money just because of inflation.

Meh, I'd wait and see how things go with Gruden at the helm first.

130 is exactly Von Miller’s deal with the % of increase to the cap.

You are absolutely right. You are thinking of most logical thing for him to do I am thinking of worst case scenario for oakland because that's soothing.

They need to pay Khalil this year though, can't go in to next season with both of them needing paid.

Just the nature of the beast.

And Khalil is a badass. But that d is so bad. I dunno.

If someone offered a kings haul for him, I'd thinkn about it.

Miller never carried that team.

I think miller did more to win their sb than forehead.

With all due respect here, Miller disappears too much for me. Mack is far more consistent than Miller IMHO. I would take Mack over Miller in a heartbeat hypothetically speaking. Mack's motor never misses whereas Miller has always had issues of sputtering at the worst times. Heckuva talent no doubt but he has chronic ADD with his play.

Oh no doubt and that was a game where he was hitting on all cylinders. Wade,Von and the D won that SB. Kubiak and Forehead didn't that is for sure.

Players hardly ever hold out. Its just posturing at this stage. They will sign him and it will be to a huge deal. Carr and Mack were good picks, but they squandered the drafts during their rookie deals. So now they have to pay the piper and have little else around them. Gruden is an upgrade over Del Rio though.

I liked having del rio there seemed like he would be just mediocre enough to keep his job but be easily handled.

Flowbee has asked Freighters to foot the bill

Halfcan 04-10-2018 10:33 PM

They overpaid on Carr so hopefully, they will with Mack as well. He is not worth 130 million but, the Faders are dumb enough to give it to him.
