De’Anthony Thomas turned down $1.5M more from another team to stay in KC. Must like what they are building.

I don't mind the DAT signing. I think they'll have a lot more opportunity for gadget plays with this new offense. I thought Albert Wilson would have a real nice role in this offense, but maybe DAT plays a lot more of a Wilson role. Now that we're going more vertical it doesn't hurt to have an option who can sprint into a route out of the backfield.

Terrance Smith... I guess he's cheap, but he's been totally worthless whenever he's played.

Smith is fine on special teams. He's basically free against the cap. Why not bring him along for training camp at least?

Besides, it's not like Eligwe has been amazing. People only like him because they assume he has potential
