You know how a big batch of tomato sauce for spaghetti or whatever gets better after a night or two in the fridge?

I'm pretty well convinced that some time in the oven speeds that process up

Isn't it just lasagna with spaghetti instead of lasagne?

Lasagna is quite tasty, but I've had lasagna for decades. Baked spaghetti is an entirely new experience. It's like discovering a secret passage under my house or something.

I’d definitely sample your baked spaghetti before writing it off.

Halo extraction is scheduled for 1/29 @ 8:30am. Not that I’m counting it down, lol.

Pretty much. Pot luck suppers, church suppers, office holiday parties .... jeez, how could any postwar American not have stumbled across this?

I went to Sloppy Joe schools. My childhood was somewhat traumatic.

You either had an out of this world baked spaghetti, or the lasagna you're eating hasn't been up to snuff. Something is wrong here.

We make what we call spaghetti pie. And it has cottage cheese in it. Pretty good stuff
