They're so well mannered - very nice - he seems southern almost. I like it! Even his assistant is very sweet.

I don't really care for Stacks sauce, I get Gates all of the time - have some in the fridge now. What I miss most is Spanish Gardens sauce, the mild. Sooo good (not BBQ sauce, but)
