Chili is like BBQ discussions. Everybody has their favorite way to make it. Some use beef, some use mexican pork sausage, some use shredded pork or beef; some add rotel, some add beans. I myself like all beef, no beans. And I like cheese and diced white onions on it too. And I like to crumble up a few saltines over the top.

I know chili traditionally doesn't have beans. But go to most diners or chili suppers guess what in USofA it will have beans in it 99.9% of the time. I guess take it up with the proprietor. Also seems most chili cook off contest will have beans different meats but usually beans. I like my chili with beans and I will call it Chili so FU chili snobsROFL
