I think it's hilarious that Deberg catches so much shit for his threads, but I really do think it's overplayed. His threads are no worse than 70% of the drivel others post.

Should I have started a thread of some variation of some dumb NFL rule instead?

If you're too stupid to catch the catch phrases in your own thread I can't help you.

I mean, do you have too let it linger? You know I'm such a fool for you...

For the record, I have nothing against Deberg threads. I tohught Big Smokes thread of "Things you would rather do than read a Deberg thread" was funny. So, I thought it was funny to start posting them as replies in Deberg threads as well. I believe I was the first to do it in an actual Deberg thread. Sorry.

Why do you turn the engine, when the engine doesn't turn?

I know one Wallflowers song. I know zero Cranberries songs. I'd say they both suck.

A Wallflowers song? Or a Bowie cover?

Oh. Damn. Totally missed that. Good job!

LMAO

So...this is what is meant by a Deberg thread I guess.

My biggest memory of the Cranberries was one of their CDs being the shittiest attempt at a multimedia CD ever. Wouldn't load in most regular CD players, and insisted on trying to install an outdated version of quicktime on a PC, ending with a frozen computer.

Mav 11-10-2014 09:52 PM

I liked both

Aries Walker 11-10-2014 09:53 PM

This isn't close. The Wallflowers are a one-hit wonder band formed as a vanity project for a significantly-less-talented rock offspring. The Cranberries have numerous memorable songs from multiple CD's and one of the most talented and recognizable vocalists of the otherwise musically drab 90's.

For those of you who are uninitiated, here you go.

That's my bad. 1916. Not 1913. One band is legitimate artists, the other is hoping to ride the coat tail's of the front man's father. Easy choice here.

Anyong Bluth 11-10-2014 10:04 PM

Wallflowers most likely, but would never admit to secretly digging some of the Cranberries songs, and liking them.

Funny though that the Cranberries actually had quite a few more hit songs.

I have no idea what any of this means.
