You guys will be running the Tebow Offense next year...just without the run...because Andy Reid don't run the ball. He can't figure it out....or pass protection...he can't figure that out either.

I think it is a short term design. Teams/Coaches cannot continue to put players like RGIII at the level of risk that the option offense puts these players at. RGIII may not play next season. Double knee surgery is likely to change the way he has to play. The QB position is too important and entails too much money for the teams/coaches to risk their viability to play at a high level.

D Coordinators will study this in the offseason and be better prepared for it next season.

either way, I hate it. college ball needs to stay the **** out of pro ball. if it doesn't, the NFL has put rules together that limit tackling, such as the QB slide, which to me is pussy ball.

Thigpen put up a lot of points but he was piss-poor as a thrower. Better than Tebow maybe, but still not a good passer, even if he was running a similar style of offense.

And I really agree with Keg here -- once defenses find a way to neutralize this it will become a wrinkle, but not an offense that you can rely on game in and game out. Like the wide receiver screen and other gimmicks.
