We should just give EVERY PERSON that gets pulled over a field sobriety test, whether they appear drunk or not.

Could save a life or two!

Hell yes we should if they are sleeping in a running car, a Bentley no less, in a part of town where that could get you killed...

cops found him at 2 am...then he shoots girlfriend at what...7 am? If he was that drunk when the cops roused him, I'd have to think they would have known it. Being at .17 5 hours after the cops got him means he had to be completely crocked when they had him. But, it's also believable that he got drunk again after the cops incident.
