Except you completely missed where Clark has never put spending restrictions on Pioli. Pioli has even stated this in interviews.

Next you missed the part where the Chiefs are spending large amounts of cash regardless of salary cap number which is a bunch of bullshit anyway.

Before you say something isn't debatable you may want o be sure you have good info.
