Bushnell Neo+ for me. It's very accurate and cheap if you live in the KC area. Wait for the Bushnell "Outlet" sale they do a couple of times a year.

Phone apps have all the same accurate features of any range finder. I carry an extra battery but rarely need to switch out.
Of course, with my game, I can be 81 yards off the green and still miss it because I'm so crummy, so it doesn't matter. |
II'm currently using one of the Bushnell GPS watches. It's convenient, accurate, and simple.

I bought a skycaddie like 5 years ago and pay $20 a year for the maps. Not bad in my case. I love it. I didn't get a fancy one but it did cost me $200 for the device.
