when I worked 12 hour night shift, every candy machine in the building would be empty of these by sunday night

Well I am an old fart the malted milk balls I knew were the size of a ping pong ball with real chocolate a 1/8 inch thick. You got them at Jones, Macy's, Sears, Grants or TG&Y candy counter.
That shit that comes in a carton named whopper isn't a malted milk ball I know. Waxy chocolate that doesn't melt whats wrong you people.

Oh and another thing don't let me catch you on my lawn this summer!

They're like the movie The Abyss. They could have been the greatest candy ever invented.

But that aftertaste is truly wretched. I can't get over it.

Like srvy says, I'm sure the REAL versions of that candy are absolutely delicious, and it's just all the artificial crap that makes them taste so weird.

I like whoppers and milk duds.

Maybe some of you are eating them wrong. You don't suck on them like lemon drops. You bite them.

If you suck all the chocolate off you're definitely doing it wrong.

A man goes to the doctor's office with stomach pains. The doctor realizes the man hasn't had a bowel movement in a week, so he tells him to go to the drug store and get some suppositories. So the man does that.

Yeah, I have a whole technique that involves penetrating the chocolate shell to a degree that I can get the tip of my tongue to penetrate toward the center coupled with enough saliva to dissolve the hard inner sphere. Then I suck out the syrupy remains and finally collapse the chocolate coating. It shreds my tongue, but I can't stop.

DOTS are amazing you guys don't undertand good things. Go back to your rocks.
