I saw it last week. It was horrible. Jeff Bridges was horrible. The best thing about it was that it's only 90 minutes long. I was never so glad to see a movie end.

Ryan Reynolds is cursed, wont even rent this and decided that after seeing the trailer one time.

Not unless you consider Van Wilder a good movie, he was ok in Blade III... i guess.

Ugh. I disliked that movie so much I couldn't finish watching it.

Just checked IMDb. Other than this, the only movie of his that I've seen is The Proposal, which I only watched because the wife wanted to see it. It was.... okay - tolerable for a romantic comedy, I guess, mainly because I like Sandra Bullock.

Beyond that, looks like he's been in a whole bunch of shit I have no desire to ever see. Including this new one.

Reynolds has talent. The problem is that he can't seem to find that role to define him. He will find it at some point.

No..... to Blade 3, Van Wilder was good, but that was mostly writing. Oh, and I enjoyed him in Waiting.

Eh, Blade III was pretty much terrible, but he did what he was cast for serviceably in both of those... be the wiseacre.

Havent seen Waiting, but if its a romantic comedy then thats probably his wheelhouse imo... if i were to typecast him, it'd be a somewhat "hunkier" Vince Vaughn.

Adventureland was ok.

Safe House was decent.

Smokin' Aces wasn't too bad, although I don't think that was a big budget hit. I don't remember.

I enjoyed Paper Man... although I'm not sure everyone here would. It's probably not as great as it could've been, but it's an offbeat quirky little movie with him, Jeff Daniels and Emma Stone. I've heard "Buried" is good too but haven't seen it.
