I was always a stomach sleeper before my accident. Doc said that, if I started sleeping on my side, I needed to put a pillow between my knees and ankles so I bought a body pillow. My dogs, who are very much alive and not stuffed, also sleep with me sometimes when I let them.

Our poodle sleeps with us and she has a stuffed animal. I guess that means I technically do sleep with one too.

I think it's stranger to sleep with a live animal than a stuffed animal.
