Breit's Stein and Deli on 5th St. in KCK. Very well priced. And they make a hell of a reuben.

Pretty great. It is a semi regular hang out for me. Kind of a divish bar. It looks like trouble but its a really interesting crowd this is a mix of real blue collar type guys and service industry and folks and really just a mix of decent people.

Some people *love* the pizza whereas I think it is simply good. Decent tenderloin sandwich.

Depends on the crowd or mood or people I am with but generally...

Egan's in Tuscaloosa is the best neighborhood dive bar I've ever been to.

When in KC, I'm generally always drinking at The Foundry or Flying Saucer.

Peanut Downtown although I'm rarely downtown much anymore.
Peanut on Main, Charlie Hoopers, and Mike's Tavern are my current rotation.

While I'm not form KC, here we have a hole-in-the-wall, The Brass Rail that's been open since prohibition was lifted and just across the street a casual sport's bar, Esquire, that has NEVER raised the price of their cheapest draft in their 40 years. They've recently started serving a pineapple marinated tequila that's nice to shoot though they've raised the price on those due to popularity, dang it.
