Not to keep harping on that certain 1996 game, but I was devastated for probably 3 weeks. Do you remember Sports Illustrated doing theire "This Weeks Sign Of The Apocalpyse" on KC for that group of shrinks that set up CHIEFS GRIEF for anyone struggling to cope with that loss?

The only thing worse than crying over a game you have no control over is getting a sports franchise tattoo.

That one didn't bother me. I knew that team was gonna get destroyed. The 95, 03, and last year bothered me a lot more. Man the colts have crushed our souls In the playoffs

Not full blown crying, but shed tears on only two occasions:

Out of pain in Indy, jan 4, 2014.

Out of joy at the K this past Sunday.

I don't understand your poll question.

No tears, but it has been a long time since I've been as sick to my stomach as after last year's playoff game. Thinking about it now still makes me feel a little sick. How the **** did they blow that lead...JFC...

Depends on the emotion.

I've never shed a tear over the Chiefs. Why? Because I haven't seen them win shit.

Crying game?
Loved it
Hated it

I guess he means the movie, although it really makes no sense here.

To me it was almost comical. Just a comedy of errors. But 1996....no excuse. In fact I'm getting irritated even thinking of that prick.

I'm an emotional man.

Here's what bothered me about that game.

After Charles scored we had the lead and Arrowhead was ****ing rocking. I felt good about the Chiefs in a playoff game for the first time in seven years.

And slowly, slowly, slowly, Cassel chinese water-tortured that feeling out of me. The game was within reach almost the whole way.

Devastating.

Simple. 1977 American League Championship. I cried with Freddy Patek...the whole family did. Honestly, I can't tell if he was crying because I couldn't see much.

similarly I remember being at work and reading somewhere that the Chiefs were going to sign manning. I got home that night and turned on the football network and he was headed to Denver. Talk about a depressing moment , I was just about to throw up.

Never any tears over a loss, but was on the verge of tearing up a little at the scene last Sunday at the K.... 35 years of never seeing the teams you follow win anything significant in person will do that.
