My apologies but I am not understanding. Is your limit $650 or $1000?

It's because I'mnot paying attention to what I type.

I'm running about $850 for a 1bed/1bath 890sqft. 650 for rent and dumpster access, $150~ (now higher) for UVerse TV/Broadband and roughly $70 in water and power.

For frame of reference, I've been overpaying at $650 in Springfield.

For frame of reference, singles are $2k in Hollywood, one bedroom's around $3k.

Yea. I'm looking at Burbank right now. I can do it, but shit. Just not used to that.

Dartgod 05-27-2015 08:03 PM

Waldo or Brookside wouldn't be bad.

Try Eagle Rock. It's pretty cool, about 10 minutes or so from Burbank off the 134.

For sure. Been through there. Some spectacular views of downtown from up there.

KCUnited 05-27-2015 08:12 PM

Look along Oak, Warwick, McGee (I'd even do Gillam) between Armour and Emanual Meat Clever. I won't even steer you west of there because you can't afford it without rooomate(s).

It was a breakout neighborhood a few years ago, so rent probably isn't cheap but it should be less than Burbank or the 'Wood. Studio City might be worth a look and the NoHo Arts district is nice as well.

What is "too long?"

Thanks Dane. NO to Studio City. No particular reason. Laguna Beach is top priority.

Hey man. I referenced you in the New Movie thread.

Laguna's awesome but I couldn't live down there because it's too far from my work. I've thought about the Palisades and even it's probably too far at this time.

Good luck!
