Oh, Demarcus Ware will not only have less sacks than Dee Ford this season, but he will likely not make it out of the first four weeks without a moderate to serious injury.

You've never heard of Marvin Austin, the DT out of North Carolina?

Ware will have more sacks than Justin Houston and Dee Ford combined this year. Why would Ware get hurt? He has been extremely durable throughout his career missing only 4 games in 9 years.

He's played through nagging injuries for a while now. If he experienced some freak injury for this one time in his career, the Cowboys would have kept him.

Uh... ok. Von has more sacks, more tackles, more forced fumbles, and more interceptions despite playing in fewer games than Quinn.

Von ain't shit when he's not all hopped up on some designer PED.

A while now? Like a year ago, when he had 11.5 sacks, or the year before that, when he had 19.5?

Marijuana is likely the least effective PED possible. Well, maybe horse tranquilizers would be worse.

More arrests as well.

Quinn was the third DE in St. Louis his rookie season.

Edit: Miller has 1 INT and and a .5 sack more than Quinn. I'm just trying to see how KnowMo would respond. I don't think an individual player is better than an entire defensive unit.

So he's been playing through injuries for the past 2 seasons? The average NFL career last something like 3 years. I think some would consider 2 years "quite some time".

Yeah, that's my point. If he has 11.5 sacks this season, hampered by injury or not, that's a pretty good season, and a definite upgrade over Shaun Phillips.

I totally get your skepticism, I'd be the same if I were you. For my part though I'm curious to see if Denver's moves on D work, if the new guys can gel.

Ah, I see now.

I never said he wasn't still good. He's hardly the sack master he was in his prime like your boy KnowMo likes to believe.

I actually wouldn't doubt his sack numbers will rise dramatically this season. He'll have significantly more obvious passing downs in order to do so.

I see you have been paying attention to his steady decline:

2011- 19.5 sacks

2012- 11.5 sacks

2013- 6 sacks

2014- 3 sacks?
