Jorge Bonafacio is going to hit 4 home runs today and we will lose 5 to 4.

lewdog 04-21-2017 05:55 PM

Excited to see Bonafacio get some at-bats. He's been in the minors long enough to see if he can have some productivity at the big league level, if even for a short stint.

Hoz just grounded out on a 3-2 fastball

He's costing himself millions. Tens of millions.

Go Royals 04-21-2017 08:09 PM

Good, **** him.

He'll still make more money in one year than i'll make the rest of my life, but **** him.

Welp. Looks like I'm going to watch the Game 1 of the 2015 World Series to remember the good days for a while.

If you have the blu ray with the Mets radio call go with that.

PHOG 04-21-2017 10:10 PM

Meh, they'll come around, they always have...well except last year...but they had a bunch of injuries... please extend Moose and Hosmer.....they deserve each other. They even like each other. Keep Cain for 2, winner.

tk13 04-21-2017 10:17 PM

I'd agree that there's no way they look this bad the entire season. Will it be enough? And will the starting pitching still be this good when the offense comes around? Hard telling.

But yeah even if they have terrible years, Hosmer and Gordon aren't finishing with a .500 OPS.

Sure-Oz 04-21-2017 10:19 PM

Soler went 2-3 3 run HR in 1st rehab start in AAA

I agree. Hos and Gordo will come around, starting pitching will become human too, but I think this team does have a competitive run in them.

After the last two games, it's nice to be able to switch on some World Series memories, though.

ChiefsCountry 04-21-2017 10:35 PM

The offense will come around to their averages, which means a really hot streak will happen.
