Only you can prevent forest fires.

Stealin' horses: it's an Elder Scrolls tradition.

Apparently in Skyrim you can rob people blind by putting a bucket over their heads first. Heh.

Been playing for a couple of hours now. Started out as a dark elf, but I think I may start over and play a more combat-based character to start. I really like the smithing skill. I think I'll switch to either a Nord or Redguard.
Really enjoying this. :thumb: |
I've also started off as a Dark Elf -- love the dual casting destruction spells.
Just over 3 hours in and I've faced my first dragon.. Time to get these shouts going. Loving it |
damnit....I broke the "before the storm" quest. I ran into Gerdun while she was walking to her house and talked to her there, and for some reason it skipped past the quest dialoge. Was my first run, so I went past it all and played for a few a couple hours without realizing it, so I reloaded back to before that and talked to her at the mill and got it all. I can't get the console to tell me the questid to try to complete it that way, so I guess I either have to wait for someone somewhere to find it, re-play the 2 hours of stuff I did, or...option three, take a nap now and get ready for The old Republic weekend test tonight.
I am going with option 3 I think. |

Oh, and if you buy Skyrim from Target they also give you a $10 gift card. :thumb:

what's the deal with this hybrid keyboard/mouse inventory navigation?
you can't just click on something you have to arrow key over to it first and then click it. unless i'm doing it wrong ... kind of a pain. |
