Should they say no if they don't want you for a neighbor?

According to this map, construction for Fiber optic internet in my suburb will not commence for at least another 3 years. Damn it.

True, and the internet I have already is more than sufficient right now. I take it you're not one of the lucky ones that lives in the part of KC where Google is installing the fiber optics.

Nope. And I fully expect to be one of the LAST cities to get it if ever. We are only 60 miles to the west of KC too.

No:

TNT or Fox news channel.

Not gonna buy if I can't watch Megyn Kelly and Bill O,Rily.

(sarcasm alert) Also, I need to sit through 50 minutes of commercials on TNT so I can view 5 minutes of content. Cable stations need to move to a 24/7 commercial format with the content placed as a text crawler on the bottom of the screen so as to not interupt the commmercials. That way they can make even more money. Amazing how we eagerly line up to be taken advantage of.

I will get their internet when made available. Perhaps use one of the other TV services.

I don't know anything about Google Fiber. Will it help me shit better when I'm on the internet?

Two of my brothers are sub contractors for Google fiber installing Google fiber lines from telephone poles to homes. Their installing out in Western Wyandotte right now. He said they may start installing out my way (119thy east of 69) next week.

Google Fiber headed to Mission
June 26

Google Fiber on Wednesday announced it had struck a deal with a 10th area city and will offer the high-speed Internet service to residents of Mission.

The company’s blog said it was unable to say when the service would be available but that, just as the city was a stop for pioneers in the 19th century, “Mission will become a hub for another expansion _ the growth of the Silicon Prairie.”

YYYYYYYEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!
