Only the Blues can outplay an opponent for 15 of 18 periods and lose a series 4-2.

Tough series. Not one I feel like we won, although last year was so crazy that the Kings were just at another level.

That said, I don't see anyone getting past the Black Hawks in the West. I would love a Freeway Faceoff though.

I just don't get why I bothered investing any time watching this team.

Guys like ChiefsCountry have been saying the Blues are the Chiefs of hockey. Why couldn't I choose to to be a a Bruins fan or something.

I know the history and understand the frustration, but I don't think they're all that far away... it was probably the worst matchup possible in the West, in a Kings team that can play physical, has Quick in net, and can score a few goals.... if they had any reliable offense, they would have taken the series. And unlike a team like the Wild, I think they would put a couple of scorers to good use... they pressure enough on offense and just need the finishers.

Blues need to be blown up...this group isn't winning anything.

Great series for the Kings. The Blues are a really solid team and played us tough - Kings never had more than a 1-goal lead.

Now on to the Sharks, hopefully San Jose has another playoff chokejob left in them.
