The DGB stuff says felony, but less than 5 grams of pot. Last time it was a misdemeanor for less than 35 grams. Is the intent to sell part the difference?

If he was released, it may be that he wasn't involved in what they thought or that he isn't going to be charged. There's really no way of knowing.

Did DGB think he would be more anonymous in Greene County? It makes no sense, and he now puts his future at MU in jeopardy. Just stupid. :shake:

We don't even know if it was pot this time. Dave Matter amended his story to remove the reference to 5 grams or less of pot. This is a frustrating development.

They can throw an intent to distribute charge on there just by having a plastic baggy or the cellophane from cigarette packs in the general vicinity as the weed

My best guess from stitching everything together is that someone had some paraphernalia...possibly a scale or something...with residue on it. Doesn't sound like DGB had anything to do with it based on the statement from the PD.
