I can check on my titan, I don't think he's done most of the gold chests yet. Warlock had done 4 and so has my Hunter. Nothing else dropped from the chest this morning, though. Not that it really matters in the end, all 5 are easy to find.

Interesting to see what they do on ensuing planets. Since they show up on the Earth map, I'm assuming we'll get them on the Moon and Mars and Venus.

This ****ing game. I can't seem to get myself to play anything else right now. August is going to be a long month.

Ugh. I'm going out of town. Will miss the final beta days.

This I think is exactly what the developers are hoping for.

Definitely a side effect of the beta, but I think the technical side of the testing is probably more important for them. This game didn't really need a demo, it was always going to sell millions and millions of copies. It's the first real mover for this generation of consoles.

PS4 looked great I thought (while playing), but also impressed with how good the PS3 version still manages to look.

I am convinced that this game was made using mostly last gen assets, then made a shade prettier on the new consoles.

I've been doing a lot of reading on reddit and I've come to the conclusion that I have no idea what I'm doing.

I've just been running around shooting at anything that moves and upgrading as a find new items.

This game is way more complicated than I originally thought. I'm going to have to study up before the actual release.
