What I was saying is that whatever gremlin caused you to be assigned all free agents is probably still lurking in the system. The problem is rare but will likely happen again. I have one idea that might help that I haven't tried yet.

Oh, I misunderstood. I was just letting you know that I hadn't gone in yesterday and changed them back to real players from SFA's. I have now though.

With my massive amount of computer literacy though, I'll be of less than zero help with the issue of figuring out what happened. (I can however find the power button all by myself.........most of the time)

It is good right now and if it is something funky with IE9 I don't want it to get hosed when you hit that page. If you want to PM me your offensive line up, I'll set it for you. Sorry. I'll try to dig into this problem in earnest tomorrow.

In other news, the Austin Armadillos finally lost.

HOLY CRAP. The game went into OVERTIME. OVERTIME.

Tom Brady needed OVERTIME to beat Caleb Hanie.

OK, let's dig into some stats.

Caleb Hanie was not good. He was 14 for 27 for 119 yards with 1 TD and 4 INT.

And yet his team LED in the fourth quarter. With the score tied at 10, this happened:

Caleb Hanie drives Dallas down on an epic 5 play, 11-yard drive and the Tubes take the lead.

Brady eventually ties it up with a FG.

Hanie strikes again in the 4th with a crucial INT, setting me up for a potential GW FG.

But then on the last drive of the game, this happened, which doesn't seem right. Why no GW FG?

Probably a logic error. The thing is, the sim worked perfectly up to there. Did you notice how Denver ran the clock down to just 12 seconds left? I set it up that way. The only problem was I got the play call wrong. I'll fix that tomorrow.

Analysis:

I intended to blow out the Tubes by letting Brady pass early and often. I set my percentages to 65+ pass on almost every formation. I racked up a lot of yards, but didn't score, and my running game sucked.

Reasons: 1 INT, 1 sack on third down, 1 fumbled snap by Brady, and I was 1 for 12 on third down before OT. Maybe I'll set my percentages back.
